Corn Bread

Apparently Donna and Hannah really like this recipe and have asked me a few time to post it. So here you go sweeties!

1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 egg

Mix together and pour into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.

Yummy! This is delicious cornbread. I'm normally a fan of Jiffy Cornbread, but thiis is much thicker and sweeter. Goes great with Chili!

I love the fact that now that it's getting a little cooler outside, everyone is breaking out in cooking mode and putting lots of yummy fall items like soups, breads, muffins, etc.

I made this with a crock pot taco soup and it was an easy and delicious addition to the meal.
