ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE TRIFLE

1 pkg. brownie mix
1 (3.9 oz) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. water
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tub cool whip
3 T. sugar
MILK chocolate chips (The semi-sweet stay too hard)
chocolate syrup

Bake brownies according to package directions and let cool completely. Break into chunky pieces.

Mix pudding, water and s. condensed milk until blended well.
Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff and gradually add sugar.
Fold whipped cream into pudding/water/milk mixture.

Put a layer of brownie, drizzle chocolate syrup, and light layer of chocolate chips.
Place a layer of the pudding mixture.
Place a layer of Cool Whip.

Repeat layers until you end with the Cool Whip. Garnish top with shaved chocolate, chocolate chips, etc.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

(You can play with this as much as you want. People substitute other candies and/or nuts for the chocolate chips and other sauces besides the chocolate sauce. Also French Vanilla Cool Whip is good in this recipe).

* Be sure and use the heavy whipping cream and not substitute Cool Whip for that part of the recipe.

This is so rich and delicious!!! A little goes a long way and it is a hit with everyone!!!
