Don't mean to be a recipe hog but I'm playing catch up. I made this last week and it's fairly easy. Definitely worth sharing. It's out of my church cookbook, Central Cooks!
8 Chicken breast filets
8 Swiss Cheese slices
1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 cup melted butter
Arrange chicken in greased baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and sour cream and stir well. Spoon sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Drizzle butter over top of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.

I love this recipe. Paula Deen makes this same recipe, only she add 1/4-1/2 Cup white cooking wine to the soup mixture. I make this a lot!
Yummy...that would make it EXTRA flavorful! That Paula always takes an extra measure to make every dish extra comforting! I heart (disease) her. :)
Yep, this is a good one! I make it with the cooking wine too. Mmmm Mm.
HPS you're a nut..."heart disease"...hilarious!
Another recipe that will be made at the Clardy house soon!
I made this for my mom's b'day dinner and it was terrific! I ended up adding the cooking wine and I really loved the taste. This recipe is a keeper!
