Dillon's Favorite Chicken Burritos

These are awesome, easy to make and will feed a ton of people!!

2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 package of taco mix seasoning
1 can of diced tomatoes
3 c. mexican style shredded cheese
1 can corn
1 can black beans
15 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Mix all ingredients except tortillas in a large bowl.
Heat tortillas for about 20 seconds so that they don't tear when folded
Spoon a generous amount of chicken mixture into each tortilla
Roll closed and place in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
Bake, covered, for 20 minutes
Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered another 5 minutes

You can make this recipe a little healthier by using fat free sour cream and reduced fat cream of chicken soup. It's still yummy in the tummy!
