My New Favorite Cookbook

About 2 months ago, I bought this book after seeing it reviewed and promoted on some daytime tv show:


I love bread, but it intimidates me. No More! This book lives up to its hype. I've made four different recipes from this book - each one better than the last (except for the chocolate bread; I think my hopes were too high. I'll stick with cake). I'd post a recipe, but you need to read about 3 chapters before you bake; it's a true science experiment. If you're up for a fun challenge and you love bread, then this is the book for you! If you're close to me, I'll loan you mine. There's also a second edition - Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day.

Yum~ I may have to try this out. Something about the cold weather makes me want to eat more bread. That's not a good thing!!
