Oven Fried Chicken

When I made this, I could not believe how easy it was and how much it really did taste like fried chicken! I got this from the cookbook, Virginia Hospitality.

6 Breasts (I used boneless,skinless)
1 C Flour
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 C Margarine

*Preheat oven to 400. Shake chicken in bag with flour and seasonings. Line 9x13 glass dish with foil and add margarine. Place dish in oven until margarine sizzles. Place chicken in dish, skin side down. Bake 30 minutes and turn and back 30 minutes more. Do not cover.
