Cake Mix Cookies

Many of you have probably seen this recipe, but, just in case...

Cake Mix (any kind or flavor, but the lemon is deeeelish!)
1 egg
1 stick of butter

Melt butter, add it and the egg to the cake mix, stir. Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes!

Easy Peasy! Especially if you are in a rush, or your child tells you they need cookies for the whole class, in an hour!

Inger! I'm so glad you posted this recipe. Years ago, I was at a party and someone made these only they used the strawberry cake mix and they were SO good. I attempted to make them but they did not turn out. I will have to do it now!!

They really are good. The lemon ones are yummy! My friend tried the Funfetti mix and frosted them and put the sprinkles- everyone raved about them!

The combinations for this recipe are endless...our 2 favorites are yellow cake mix with heath bar and white mix with peppermint....hmmm...now I'm hungry!

I was able to make these today for an event. I used yellow cake mix and frosted them with strawberry whipped topping and then put sprinkles on top. They were so easy to make just like you promised and the end results were enjoyed by all!
