Easy Cream Cheese Danish

2 pkgs. cresent rolls
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c . sugar
1 egg yolk and white
1 tsp vanilla
lemon juice
powdered sugar

Lay 1 pkg. of crescent rolls on 9x13 pan. Crimp edges to make one flat roll. In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla, and a touch of lemon juice. Blend and spread over rolls. Cover mixture with second can of rolls that have been crimped into one layer as well. Seal edges and brush with egg white. Bake 25 min at 350.

Glaze - 1/4 c. milk, pinch of lemon juice, and powdered sugar until desired consistency. When pan is cooled pour glaze over the top and slice. Delish and very rich!
