These little muffins are quick and easy! They melt in your mouth. I know they are good because my newly skinny health nut hubby told me he could eat the whole plate of muffins I made for din din tonight.
I halved the recipe and it made 8 muffins. Just enough for my little fam. Also, I got this recipe from the book The Dinner Doctor.
2 Cups Bisquick
1 cup reduced fat sour cream (NO Fat Free!!! It will not taste right.)
1 stick of melted butter
Mix these ingredients together and spoon into a ungreased muffin pan, filling muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for about 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown.
My family likes them with jelly or jam on them. Yummy!

Yum! We don't normally do bread with our meals, but I will try these. I LOVE bisquick!!
These look yummy. I will try these.
I'm salivating right now...so easy and SO right up my alley. I'm a carb addict which could be the reason I can't shave any inches off these thighs! :) Oh well, what's life without bread!
I am SO on these!
I made these for dinner last night and they were great! So easy, too. The only thing I would change is that I would spray the muffin tins with Pam before I poured the batter. They didn't come out very clean, but that didn't stop us from eating them! Also, they taste a lot like those yummy cheese muffins at Red Lobster. Next time I make these, I'm going to put some shredded cheddar in them and see if that makes them like those RL muffins.
Good idea Donna! Sorry they did not come out good. I have a KitchenAid rubber muffin thing so they just pop out.
