15 mins or less....

I already posted this on my blog a little while ago, but figured I'd share it again with all of you!! It is all good!! Enjoy!

Southern Living

London Broil
1 jar of Teriyaki Sauce
1 coke/Pepsi

Marinate for a couple of hours then grill.
It doesn't sound good but it is a fave. of the kids!

Lemon Chicken
Anne Lotz
4-6 pieces of chicken (boneless/skinned is best).
1/4 Cup of lemon juice
1/4 Cup of salad oil (I use canola oil)
1 clove of Garlic
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. of rosemary
1/4 tsp. of marjoram
1/4 tsp. of thyme
Marinate Chicken for several hours.
Grill or back in over at 350 for 45 min.

Sunday Chicken
Ruth Graham
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 slices of Swiss cheese
pepper
garlic powder
1/4 cup of dry sherry
dash of dill weed
dash of poultry seasoning
bread crumbs

Sprinkle chicken breast with pepper and garlic powder and place in bottom of baking dish.
Cover each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Combine: soup, sherry, dill, poultry seasoning, pour over chicken breasts
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serve with long grain wild rice.
(You can get your veggies in there too, but placing frozen asparagus in the bottom of the dish under the chicken)

Crispy Seasoned Chicken Cutlets
Southern Living

1/2 tsp. salt
8 chicken cutlets
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp paprika
3 Tbsp olive oil

Sprinkle salt evenly over cutlets
Stir together cornmeal, Ranch dressing mix, flour and paprika in a shallow dish. Dredge cutlets in cornmeal mixture, coating both sides.
Cook cutlets, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 mins. on each side or until golden brown.

Yum! These recipes are from Windsor if anyone wants to know. I make that Sunday Chicken (I actually made it last night) but mine is a little different. It is a delicious recipe, though! One of our faves.
